Absolutley. Part of our job is helping you sort through the options and choose the right service for the condition of the property, the surface type, and the result they want. We want people to feel informed and comfortable, not pressured.

Pressure washing uses stronger pressure for harder surfaces such as concrete and driveways. Soft washing uses much lower pressure and is better for more delicate surfaces that need a gentler approach. Selk treats 1299 PSI and under as soft washing.

It comes down to the surface and the kind of buildup being removed. Hard concrete and similar surfaces often call for pressure washing, while siding, roofs, and other more delicate materials are better candidates for soft washing or non-pressure cleaning.

Yes, the wrong method can cause damage. That is why surface selection matters. Some materials should be soft washed or cleaned with a dedicated low-pressure system instead of being hit with high pressure.

That depends on how the space will be used, how much traffic it gets, the kind of look you want, and whether slip resistance, easy cleanup, or durability is the bigger priority. We help customers sort through those factors and choose the option that makes the most sense for the project.

Concrete coatings is the broader category. Epoxy is one type of material used within that category, but it is not the only one. Polished concrete is a different finish process that refines the existing slab rather than building a coating system over it.

Concrete coatings work well in garages, basements, utility areas, patios, walkways, pool decks, retail spaces, offices, bathrooms, locker rooms, fire halls, and other commercial or industrial environments that need durability, easier upkeep, and a better-looking floor.

Our concrete coating systems are built for long-term performance. They are designed to hold up to real use while also improving appearance and making maintenance easier. Some systems are also renewable with a new top coat down the road.

We seal a range of surfaces, including broom-swept concrete, stamped concrete, decorative concrete coatings, exposed aggregate, and paver surfaces. These sealing systems are used on areas such as driveways, sidewalks, and pathways to add protection and help the surface hold its appearance longer.
