Deck cleaning is one of the most popular jobs requested throughout the county. Let us clean your wood, Trex, and PVC decking properly. We’ll sand any flaking paint down before staining it. Additionally, we clean and stain docks, gazebos, fences, and more. You can also choose from multiple colors and stain options.

As a note of importance, decks should always be cleaned with low pressure. Otherwise, the wood may get furred. Additionally, high-pressure washing often leaves marks on the wooden surface.

We start by cleaning the concrete with a surface cleaner and/or pressure washing wand, which eliminates streaks. Then, we apply the appropriate sealer using a pump sprayer or roller on the driveway, pillars, fireplace, stone walkways, pool deck, or patio.

There are two types of concrete driveways: aggregate (brown or gray exposed rock finish) and concrete. The aggregate sealer differs from the clear sealer as it protects the aggregate and brightens the finish.

Concrete sealing is done with a clear or colored penetrating sealer. We use a commercial-grade sealer that is highly concentrated for long-lasting results. When you get your concrete sealed, it helps protect the concrete and the great thing about this is that you can barely tell it’s on there—it’s not shiny or slippery. A “sealed” concrete surface resists mold and dirt more than “non-sealed” concrete.

We clean pavers with a surface cleaner, providing a more consistent clean than a pressure washing wand. Then, we apply a clear, commercial-grade penetrating sealer. Sealers are applied with a pump sprayer or roller. Don’t worry, we never dilute our sealers! The sealer will protect the pavers and resist mold and dirt.
